Returns and Exchanges

As part of our return program customers are responsible for purchasing the shipping label for all returns. Shipping labels can be purchased from your national/local postal office. 


At Alerina Jewelry we want to make sure you feel confident when you wear your pieces.  However, we understand that you may be unsatisfied with an order or need to make a return. If you would like to make a return please follow the instructions below:


  1. Email us at with the subject line "Return Request" within seven says after receiving your purchase so we can authorize the return. You will receive a response from us within one to three business days.
  2. Once your return has been authorized you will be provided instructions on how to ship your package. We require all returns to be shipped with tracking with your local courier or mail service. Alerina Jewelry does not cover the cost of shipping or any other fees accumulated in the process of shipping your return.
  3. Once we have received your return, it will be processed the following business day. Your refund will take an estimated one to seven business days to be completed. For the refund to be visible in your banking account will depend on your financial institution(s). All returns will be refunded by your original form of payment.


To qualify for a return your items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no sign of wear or damage
  • Be in its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • For hygienic purposes earrings cannot be returned
  • All “Sale”, "Sample Sale", and discounted items (including promo codes) are final sale

    All earrings are final sale due to hygienic purposes. 
    All “Sale”, "Sample Sale", or discounted items are Final Sale, including promo codes.

    Any contact for returns outside of the Seven day period will not be eligible to make a return

    Please contact us before shipping your return. If we receive an unauthorized package your return will not be processed and the pieces will be sent back to you via Canada Post Mail (without tracking). Alerina Jewelry will not be responsible for your lost, damaged, stolen, or unreceived unauthorized return packages.

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs or any other fees accumulated while making a return. Alerina Jewelry will not be providing or refunding the cost of shipping or any other fees accumulated. Alerina Jewelry is not responsible if your return package is lost, stolen, damaged, or does not arrive and we will not be able to process your refund. This is why we require you to ship your packages with expedited shipping to ease your refund process and receive your money back within a reasonable time frame.


    Alerina Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returned products that do not follow the criteria stated above. Returns that are refused will be sent back to the costumer via Canada Post without tracking. Alerina Jewelry will not be responsible if your package is lost, damaged, stolen, or unreceived due to the previous reasons stated above.
