How has COVID-19 affected estimated shipping times?
Due to COVID-19 Canada Post is experiencing delays that may effect the estimated delivery times.

Who do you ship with? 
We ship with Canada Post. It can take Canada Post 48 hours to create tracking numbers and process your orders. If you live outside of Canada your local or national post office will take over once it has arrived in your country.

Do you ship internationally? 
We currently only ship to Canada and The United States of America. For more shipping information please refer to our shipping policy.

How much do you charge for shipping? 
Shipping will be calculated at checkout to give our customers the fairest rate.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?
Prices of all items do not include customs, duties, or any other fees that may be accumulated through shipping and taxes. Customers are therefore responsible for any and all other fees incurred during the shipping process. 

How long will it take to process my order?
For all orders without the "made to order" description your order will take an estimated one to three business days to be processed and shipped. Please note that orders are processed and shipped on regular business days. 

When will my "made to order" piece be processed?
All pieces that are "made to order" can take an estimated seven to fourteen business days to complete. The time to process a "made to order" order depends on how many other pieces you have purchased and the general influx of orders we receive.  

Are "made to order" and regular pieces shipped together?
Yes! While we want you to receive your order as soon as possible, we want you to have the full unboxing experience and enjoyment of your personal curated collection.

What if I want to cancel or make changes to my order?
We want you to be satisfied and confident in your order. Please contact Alerina Jewelry within 24 hours at contactalerina@gmail.com if you would like to cancel, update, or replace your order. Once the 24 hour period has passed, your order has begun processing, or has been shipped and cannot be cancelled.
